Pastor Jose Pereira is the founder and the head Pastor of HOPFAN Edenvale church. He is the one God had placed as a Shepperd over the community to gather them out from one of the darkest places in the community. Ps. Jose is also a member of the community and as humble as they come, He simply just believes that nothing is what he has entitlement over, He simply just prefers being "Jose a child of God".

Pastor Hillary Pereira alongside her husband Ps. Jose are definitely what we can consider to be the Forefront in going forward in prayer and worship, The community says ''Hillary for mayor''  and she simply just says ''God Bless You'' and ''I will pray for you''. With an Ever drawing smile she is what I call an Evangelist on wheels. The Praise and worship leader of HOPFAN and the Lead singer she carries us in the heart of worship.
